Today was a grand day in the life of the Diocese of Western Louisiana! Our IV Bishop, The Rt. Rev'd Dr Jacob W. Owensby was ordained and consecrated in a marvelous liturgy at St. Mark's Cathedral in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Most Rev'd Katharine Jefferts Schori presided.
