Father's Day

God our Father, in your wisdom and love you made all things. Bless and strengthen our fathers and those who have been fathers to us. Let the example of their faith and love shine forth. Grant that we, their sons, daughters, may honor them always with a spirit of profound respect. Grant this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Bishop Jake Visits this Sunday!

Join us this Sunday, June 15. as we celebrate The First Sunday after Pentecost: Trinity Sunday, Father's Day and a visit from Bishop Jake Owensby! 

Holy Eucharist with Fr. Whit begins at 8:30 a.m. A conversation with Bishop Jake will be held at 9:15 a.m. in the Conference Room We'll have Holy Eucharist with the Bishop at 10:30 a.m. followed by a brunch in McLean Hall.

St. Barnabas

Today, the Church remembers St. Barnabas. Join us at 5:30 p.m. for Holy Eucharist. Grant, O God, that we may follow the example of your faithful servant Barnabas, who, seeking not his own renown but the well­being of your Church, gave generously of his life and substance for the relief of the poor and the spread of the Gospel; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

Doris Spyker

Today, we will celebrate the life of Doris Spyker at 11:00 a.m. with the Burial of the Dead: Rite Two and Holy Eucharist. Visitation,in the church, begins at 10:00 a.m. and a reception will follow in McLean Hall.

Rest eternal grant to her, O Lord;
And let light perpetual shine upon her.
May her soul, and the souls of all the departed,
through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.

Pentecost

Join us this Sunday, June 8, as we celebrate the Day of Pentecost or Whitsunday (no jokes about your priest, please!). Holy Eucharist will be at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. Don't forget to wear red!
